Alternative Airlines - False flight schedule given

hello AA,

me and my wife bought a ticket just today 24/3/22 via visa card.The flight schedule was given to us which didnt exist...the refernce number given was 818393. the flight schedule which was given by AA is not true and was a lie.

we both wanted a refund but some how could not or able to get refund.

Please are you able to refund our money
