Astrodienst AG - extended horoscope

I have been ordering from astrodienst for over 20 years. During that time I've used the extended daily horoscope consistently.

I recently tried to purchase an additional year of the service-- I had access to 2023 and I wanted it until 2024. After the order, I didn't gain access to 2024 and inquired.

I was told that I shouldn't have had access until 2023 and the person 'helping' me reversed the charges and took away the access I already had.

All I wanted was to purchase an additional year and now she has reversed it so I have no access at all.

After all of these years of loyalty, I have been told I am unreasonable-- it is clear that the person helping me doesn't believe me, isn't hearing me and is willing to end a longtime customer relationship over what is clearly a technical issue.

Not only did I not receive what I ordered, but my access was revoked for no good reason-- the person at astrodienst told me she didn't know why I had the access that I had and just removed it.
