I have called for three days. Customer service doesn’t even know a corporate number. although they are very nice. A supervisor should be able to make contact with a “non customer” that has been charged 254.00 on her account.

Covid is no excuse. it’s a telephone call. If the regulations are Collin can not call the US. I’m will to call him. But no one will or can give contact info. For the manager, or a corporate number. (Business owner. Who ever is in charge).
