Brightway Insurance - Flood insurance

My flood insurance was paid 30 days ago

And I have been on the phone with my mortgage company and the staff member for Bright Way over 45 mins now the check has been cashed and I have been transferred WAY to many times to resolve this non existing issue, there need to be more sufficient staff to remedy these kinds of complaints like other businesses!

This is totally in acceptable customer service, and it is an experience to be reconciled with.
