I ordered 700.00 worth of business casual clothes on 11/13/21. Received an email stating order has been received and would receive an email once order was completed. I have called 5x since yesterday. Was on hold yesterday for a total of 45 mins with no answer and today spoke with I believe the same woman all 3x and she said she couldn't find the order. The last time the woman acted like she couldn't hear me. I woke with lawyers so I am filing a complaint with better business bureau and he is going to contact the states attorney office to see if this is a recurring problem. My credit card has the charge pending so I have put a freeze on that but I just want the order cancelled and can't reach anyone to do that.
