Coles Express - Fuel

I purchased fuel & 9-11 Robert’s Rd Greenacre NSW this morning, the advertise price was $189.9 but on receipt it was shown as $206.9, a big disparity, I did not read the receipt until I drove away from the Coles Express premises, I believe I am entitled to a full refund of the difference in the advertised price & the actual price at the point of payment.
