Dotsure - Dotsure's lack of service and unwillingness to pay claims

On submission of claims this year (if which there have been 5) - Dotsure follows up with a call every time. That's at least five calls. They ask me every time for my bank details. They ask every time for documents I have already submitted - which is just a delay tactic. They say the matter is resolved and payment will be made. And then they cancel my claims! I'm not notified of the cancellation and I am not provided with reasons for the claims cancellation.
