Hi I'm Walter Macala my identity no is [protected] I've been waiting for email from ziyanda your agent she's been lying to me since from Thursday 07/04/2022 that I'm going to receive a email detailing settlement. When I call her colleagues keep on saying she's busy, she will send me email before the end of the day which is 08/04/2022 I called her 5 to six times today. But I haven't received anything from her and I'm not happy at all due to your service please try to improve your service especially when coming to your customers. You have requested information from you don't even bother yourself to acknowledge or update your client which is very rude. I also requested that you must send me everything to my email address but you did not do that please fix your service with due respect.
