My ticket for the Sting concert at London Palladium booking reference 27121417154 Seat D3 WAS INVALID AND I WAS REFUSED ADMISSION.
I have sent 2 emails and posted a letter to Double 8 (enclosing a copy of the letter from LW Theatres explaining why admission was refused) and requested a refund of the ticket price of £131.50 but still await a reply.
