I have bought many things in the past but I will never buy from Easy Life again. I had a rewards club sent from them in the post. It said on the letter (received 9 February 2022)I could cancel anytime by email before 7 days after receiving the letter, I did so immediately, not hearing anything back from them I rang to cancel (15 February 2022) and was informed that this was definitely cancelled. Today I have discovered that £70 has fraudulently taken out of my bank account. Rang them again and was told the account is cancelled and I should receive my money back in 5 days. I have raised this with my bank to recover this money back as it is obviously a scam.
