Express - Stereotyped

I went to return a black button down man’s shirt at Express in Braintree, MA on Sun, 4/10/22 at 1:45pm. I presented my receipt and the sales rep kept examining the receipt, looked up the shirt on an iPad and told me, the shirt and receipt did not match. I told him, I used my card to make the purchase. He kept examining the shirt and receipt. I asked him, did he find the purchase on my card, and he said yes, but I need to make sure. I was seriously insulted by his response. I’ve been shopping at Express longer than he’s been born. Teach you sales reps about quality customer service. I plan on calling Corporate.
