Florist One - Florist one didn’t deliver flowers

Ordered flowers on 3/1/22 for delivery before 5:30pm on 3/2/22. Didn’t do it. Asked if it could be delivered next day said yes. Sent me an email that they couldn’t do it. Talked to customer service at 5pm that day they said they could do it and reissued order. Didn’t do it. I sent an email asking for 50% refund and flowers delivered to their home. They sent me an email they are refunding my money. My people never received their flowers.
