Fuller Brush - lack of product

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago & still don't have my products. I called customer service today and the call went right to voicemail. I'd like to know where the products I ordered are and if/when it'll be delivered. I'm trying to clean my house for a move out asap. Had I known it'd take a MONTH to get this stuff I would've never ordered from this company.
