Goldbely - Poor customer service

I have shopped for years on Goldbelly, but, no more. I received a $15 goodwill adjustment from a customer service rep with a short expiration date. So I went to their website and selected a "free" delivery item to purchase.
But when I went to their shipping calendar, all their December shipping dates had a $15 surcharge; in effect, making my credit worthless. The rep must have been aware of this, but I doubt anyone at Goldbelly actually cares. This used to be a good company, but the errors are piling up and I'm done with them.
