- Delivery was the wrong product!

Hi, I ordered a network card from grooves land and they sent me a battery. So when I contacted them they asked me to post it for them to the other customer who had my product. I said I'd rather not. I asked them to send me another one as they had stock and they refused. So I posted the battery back to them and I still haven't received my refund or the network card that I bought. So basically I've been ripped off. I have never had such bad service from any retailer as dealing with grooves land. Obviously I'm not buying from them again. Have still yet to receive my refund, and they know they've made a hash of it and did not resolve the issue or had any inclination to help!
