Kataria Automobiles - 2nd service

I had provided my Maruti ignis for 2nd service today that is on 22/11/2021 and have come accross the most pathetic service from Kataria which was never expected for a Nexa car.
The person came to deliver my car after service and it came to our notice that the remote key was damaged at the time of service which costed me 3500 rupees, also I spoke to the person in Rajkot Kataria whom I had dealt with while providing the car for service but got a poor feedback from his side, later when I went to park my car it came to my notice that the reverse camera was showing upside down video and the back camera was not fitted properly it was hanging at it's place.
I am afraid in future I may come to know some other issues as well.
This was one of the worst customer experience faced by me
And can never suggest someone to buy a Nexa car from Kataria after such aweful service.
