My plants last year arrived dead in late July (ordered in March 2021) - called and they said I had to wait because they were dominant (which I do understand but it was rather late to be receiving trees). Called last week (end of April) and was told that they will only give me credit (have to reorder them all by phone) given a credit number for my $137.67 worth of plants and this week they are no longer open. I want my money or my plants - either will suffice for me. This is hard for everyone because no one has extra money at this time - but sounds like they took everyone's money and ran.
