I set up an account 6th Feb and within 40 minutes of clicking confirm I realised I had made an error and signed up to pay a year subscription in one go. I emailed the billing department to cancel my order amd stated I hadn't signed into the account.

I have had a reply toddy to say that this will not get approved. I am not happy that they would not authorise a refund for an order made in error and noticed so quickly.
