Nicor Home Solutions - monthly service contract charges

Two months ago, there were three charges on my statement for my service contract. I told them to credit my account immediately. The next month there was no accounting for Nicor home solutions on my invoice. It didn't show the three previous charges or show that I paid the bill in full. This month there are two more charges for my service contract. If this is not corrected I will cancel my service contract with Nicor Home Solutions.
