I have paid for my money for a thesis.

Then I did not get what I want so I wanted my refund.

They gave me a percentage for refund it wont be 100 refund.

So on I gave more than 4 ways to get my refund paypal and 3 different bank account from different countries but for 5 days I am waiting their cooperative reply.

They just say that "We have sent the refund but bank reverted the money there is an error." I said them multiple times that I had called the bank and they said that there is nothing happened. So I gave too many options to get my money.

I really need help.

I need to talk with the manager sir.
