ParcelABC - Lost my package - no response from service

A package has not been delivered and has apparently been lost. At ParcelABC it is listed as delivered.

Support from ParcelABC simply does not respond to multiple emails.

It is not possible to start an investigation directly with the carrier, because apparently if you use ParcelABC service, you are not considered the sender.

Not recommended for valuable goods and shipments.
