Recently went to pick up monthly prescriptions in person since no one answers pharmacy phone only to find out that it would be 5 hours before they would be ready. Since I have my doctor request in several days ahead of time assumed that they would be ready. Asked if something was wrong wrong with the phone system was told no they just don't answer it!!! Probably going to change pharmacy. Since I am an amputee and have been coming here for years I would like for corporate to take a good look at themselves and hope their family never encounters this kind of treatment. Probably doesn't happen to your family members .
