I am highly disappointed with the level of managing complaints in the UAE.
I wrote a complaint about your store in Dubai Mall on 22 of November, and I received a call after two days from a supervisor from the store called.
Instead of providing a solution, he told me that they would fire the tailor!!!

Customers feedback has to be taken seriously by senior management.

Unfortunately, the supervisor made things worst he promised to provide me with a two-day solution, but he has not contacted me yet.

I visited your store to try on the suits they brought me from another store; your tailor accidentally damaged my shirt.

I asked him to fix what he damaged; he was extraordinarily careless and cut the thread. I mentioned what happened to your team; the answer was this is tailor has been working here for ten years! (No sign of sympathy).

I checked the comments on your google review, and I was not surprised to see that I was not the only one.

I left my three suits in your store because I don't trust the level of professionalism of your team members.
