Shiply - Shiply moving 2 vehicles interstate

Booked with shiply.com to transport 2 vehicles. Accepted a quote after clarifying some questions from a company “A-southern-transport” was contacted by them and asked if the vehicles were ready I confirmed they were. Was told it might take a few days to get a driver to transport the vehicles… alright no problem… after a week of no response I sent a message, called A-southern-transport left a message, and no response. Filed a ticket with shiply’s ticket system was told if I didn’t hear anything in 24 hours to follow up with it. I did. Filed another report to shiply with a different link on their site. Left my phone number and requested a call back. That has been a couple days now. No phone number on their site went to the credit card company looking to file a dispute on the charge. Found their actual number, Been on hold almost half an hour from position 2 to position 1 in their phone queue and reading the horrors here… may only be out $160 deposit but I’m gonna fight to get it back thank goodness I haven’t let them handle my vehicles. Will be looking elsewhere hopefully shiply will help me resolve it if not going to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Lesson learned.
