Slingo / Bear Group - I've deposited several times will not let me withdraw says I have 140 cash and 10 bonus

I've been playing games on slingo.

I've deposited around 30 pounds I won money last night will not let me with draw as I've still 10pounds bonus left but clearly says cash 140 I feel its a scam so easy to deposit I've contacted chat ignore sent emails ignored if I don't get an answer soon I'm going to trading standards.i have been trying to withdraw the money since 9pm last night.
