Sorel - Product not received

I have been a customer of Sorel in the past and have never complained about their products or service.

This year I have decided to order another boots from them. When I received notification that my package has been delivered but I have not seen it anywhere at my house or in the building (I have asked my neighbors, building owner who was on site, etc.), I have contacted Sorel to solve the issue. I was given the answer that they had received confirmation from delivery company that it’s delivered and they cannot do anything else.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received, as well as loose of money. I have no choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card although I don’t believe it’s the right way to handle this situation by Sorel.

I am never going to trust them again.
