i placed an order for an APO AE address, they charged me $12.00, because it is military. I do not understand why, it isn't like they are paying for the merchandise to get to us, the US military does that for us. I tried to cancel it too and I couldn't either, I was advised to send it back but within 14 days, it takes 2-3 weeks for merchandise to get to me sometimes, now with the holidays is worse. Not to mention the time I spent on the phone, also trying to connect to their chat system, I had to wait for 156 people ahead of me. My first and never again time, people go Macy's to purchase their shoes if you really want to purchase their brand, because Sorel itself is awful to deal with.
