Bought the recliner zero gravity immediately I noticed that the lumbar support doesn’t stay inflated. I called the furniture store and they scheduled a technician to inspect the chair. Waited a month and the tech said that the air bag had a factory defect. I waited two months for a replacement . On may 11 2022 I received another chair and it still the lumbar bag doesn’t stay inflated. I purchased the extended warranty from the store when I first purchase the chair. Please help ! What’s the problem ?
