Sugar Popped - Sent Incorrect Item!!!

I was sent the incorrect item. I attempted to reach out via phone and email. That was a waste of time because I never received a response. They never answer the phone or responds to emails. In turn I decided to go to their Instagram page and leave a public review on a post. Ah Ha! Well it did the trick, unfortunately I was still left without. They acknowledged they would send the correct item immediately, and in the meantime sent me a free return label to send back the incorrect one, and a measly $10 store credit(for the mistake). Well I sent back the incorrect item and I am still left without my item and stuck out of $47.95. I still have yet to receive a phone call, email or my item. Please be aware when ordering from them.
