My payroll has been messed up the last three weeks since I followed the directions of a representative from SurePay. Now I cannot get through after trying many times due to excessively long hold times.

They will quote over an hour wait time, then they offer to call you back. Last time, they called me back an hour and half later and then I was on hold for another half hour and had to give up.

Chat is not offered due to the long wait times. I have tried many times - this is ridiculous and more ridiculous if they blame covid for this.
