Travel FX UK - Failure to provide goods

I ordered 28th for delivery 31st after they advertised as currency being in stock

Money taken straight away

Chased today why had no dispatch notification to be told they have no stock until 5th

This is the day i travel

I now have no currency and no money to buy replacement they say that they have refunded but this will take 7 to days days to go back on my card

My holiday is ruined i am distraught and they do not care. As soon as you complain they stop replying
