We booked a flight itinerary with you for December 19. The flight had three connections (Atlanta-New York, New York-Paris, and Paris-Madrid). The first flight to New York was canceled, we were not offered an alternative flight and as a consequence, we lost the other two flights. We had to buy another flight the same day 3 times more expensive for five people and still, no one has compensated us for all the expenses
.Who pays the costs for the damages?
