I sent xlm to my wirex account without the memo , I then contacted support to explain the mistake along with screenshots of the origin and the blockchair to prove it was sent to the correct address but without the memo.

Wirex then said this may take a while its now been over a month and the only answer they keep giving me is its with the team.

I've also checked online similar issues that have proven correct and wirex have done nothing to fix the issues leaving people out of pocket.

I'm hoping this isn't the case but I'm quite concerned that something this minor that takes seconds to sort out is taking this long.
